Welcome to The H2O Water (theh2owater.co.za). By using our website, purchasing our products, or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Services

Water Refills & Sales: We strive to ensure pristine water quality and high-standard packaging. Bottle refills must be handled in clean, sanitary conditions once delivered/collected.
Cooler Sales & Maintenance: Maintenance services are provided by our trained technicians. Warranties on equipment are subject to proper usage according to manufacturer guidelines.
Corporate Branding: Custom artwork for event water must be approved by the customer prior to production.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made in full before dispatch or service commencement.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

3. Cancellations & Returns

Consumables (Water): Unopened, sealed bottles may be returned within 48 hours of delivery if defective or damaged upon arrival. Refills are non-refundable once filled.
Water Coolers: Hardware returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the unit is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Maintenance Bookings: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a service visit.

4. Limitation of Liability

The H2O Water shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper storage of water products, misuse of water coolers, or delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
