Local Delivery Areas: We deliver water refills, coolers, and event supplies across local operating regions.
Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size (bulk orders and cooler sales may vary).
2. Turnaround Times
Standard Deliveries & Refills: 1–3 business days.
Water Cooler Sales & Systems: Delivered within 2–5 business days.
Corporate & Event Orders: Custom-branded water orders require lead time. Please allow 5–7 business days prior to your event date.
3. Cooler Maintenance Visits
Maintenance and sanitization services are scheduled individually. Our technical team will coordinate a convenient date and time window with you prior to arrival.
4. Deliveries & Empty Bottle Returns
For refill subscription deliveries or exchange programs, please ensure your empty, clean bottles are placed in an easily accessible location for our team on the scheduled delivery day.
